Franklin Hospital | Benton, IL 

  • 16-bed hospital | 8-bed Emergency Department

  • ~ 7,400 annual ED visits

  • Averaging 20 PPS | 24-hour shift

  • Meditech Expanse EMR

  • Solo physician coverage

  • Scheduling Flexibility 

  • Sleep Room On-site


Medical Directorship Role:

  • Lead day-to-day Emergency Department operations

  • Provide clinical oversight and physician support

  • Ensure high-quality, patient-centered care

  • Collaborate with ED staff and hospital leadership

  • Support efficient department operations and quality improvement initiatives


Requirements: 

  • Board Certified EM, or Board Certified PC with Emergency Medicine experience

  • Prior leadership or medical directorship experience preferred

  • Strong communication, organizational, and clinical decision-making skills

  • A commitment to high-quality patient care and effective team leadership
