The Integritas
Story

In 2013, Dr. Dan Doolittle founded Integritas to address a critical need in our communities: providing better support for both hospitals and the physicians serving them—support that large national staffing companies often failed to deliver.

With over 30 years of experience in emergency medicine, Dr. Doolittle recognizes the value of creating a stable, collaborative environment for physicians, emphasizing team collegiality, ongoing education, reliable schedules, and fair compensation. Guided by his belief that hospitals and physicians can partner to deliver effective, efficient, and compassionate care, Integritas was built to transform the way healthcare teams support their communities.
